We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Medical Specialist to join our team at the Royal Hobart Hospital and Department of Palliative Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective specialist palliative care medical services, consultancy, and advice to palliative care clients, including teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist palliative care medical services to clients, including consultancy and advice
  • Teach and mentor general practitioners, undergraduate students, and other health professionals
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of palliative care services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements
  • Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty

  • Current Driver's Licence
