Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product-focused directives and projects, ensuring team members execute tasks in accordance with established standards.
  • Implement product and visual merchandising strategies, adapting layouts within company guidelines.
  • Coach and develop team members in product operations and visual merchandising execution and standards.
  • Monitor product levels, organizing efficient inventory receiving and processing to maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversee brand standards in key product stories, placement, and store navigation, reviewing business data to inform product strategy.
RequirementsEligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
  • Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
Schedule/Availability
  • Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
  • Roster-based schedule that can vary based on store needs.
  • Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • May require early mornings or late nights/overnights; evening inventory shifts may be necessary.
Experience
  • 1 year of inventory management, stocking, planning and logistics, and/or product or visual merchandising.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience.
