Primary School Support Team Member

As a dedicated and passionate team member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside primary school-aged children, creating memorable experiences and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own program with support from our leadership team
- Assist in creating and implementing enriching experiences at before and after school care
- Support compliance documentation and parent inquiries
- Engage with the school community, including community engagement
- Play and have fun with primary school-aged children
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
Requirements:
- Affordable interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, team members, and school principals
- Ability to attend PD days and training to progress career with our organization
- Previous experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun
