About the RoleWe are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software that leverages sensors and advanced control algorithms to optimize hardware performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing software quality assurance and control processes
- Designing and developing automated test fixtures and Python interfaces
- Conducting thorough tests and performing detailed validations
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components

Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing software quality assurance and control processes
- Designing and developing automated test fixtures and Python interfaces
- Conducting thorough tests and performing detailed validations
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in product testing and software development
- Strong Python coding skills, including experience with Pytest or similar frameworks
- Experience with IoT frameworks, security, and protocols, including AWS IoT Core and MQTT
- Experience in configuring Jenkins servers as build servers for CI/CD
- Experience working with hardware interfaces via multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and digital logic analyzers
- Experience interacting with software via serial and Ethernet
- Demonstrated understanding of Unix-based OS, FreeRTOS, and bare metal firmware
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
