As a key member of our site-based team, you will be responsible for safely supporting filter operations by maintaining and operating assets to convert magnetite iron ore into a saleable concentrate.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of mineral processing, excellent mechanical aptitude and fault finding skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders including metallurgists, fitters, electricians and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience with filtration, magnetic separation and flotation in a mining or other heavy industry environment and possess valid qualifications such as a C Class WA Drivers' License, Forklift ticket, Overhead gantry crane qualification and Poly welding qualification (desirable).

Key functions include ensuring plans, procedures and work instructions are understood and followed correctly, making certain you are competent in the work area, supporting concentrate production to meet the required grade and moisture specification, and working effectively with all stakeholders.
