Program Leader Role

The Program Leader is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that promote learning and development in early years.

  • Work off the floor to support the team in programming and practice.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate programs using a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
