Lead Our Allied Health Team

Eldercare is a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in South Australia, dedicated to delivering peace of mind with our care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role as our Allied Health Team Leader.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Allied Health service across our Southern Adelaide sites, extending from Seaford to Glengowrie. As one of two regional Allied Health Team Leaders, you will have line management responsibilities for a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, and you will offer profession-specific support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of the Allied Health service, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for our residents.
  • Develop and implement service development plans, monitoring service outputs and impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Engage in innovative service redesign, including a shift towards a reablement-based approach to residential care.
  • Provide back-filling to planned and unplanned staff leave as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
  • Full SA driver's license.
