Our Community Support Ambassador program provides opportunities for individuals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those at risk of isolation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support our vision by assisting with scheduled well-being phone calls to over 300 clients in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

This free service aims to provide reassurance and companionship to individuals living alone, promoting social connection and community engagement.

The role is ideal for those passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and making a positive impact on their lives.

Your time and dedication will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of reducing social isolation and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting registered participants according to your rostered schedule.
  • Arranging shift coverage if unable to fulfill your commitment.
  • Conducting weekly well-being calls with assigned clients.
  • Accurately recording data in our database (training provided).
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and security of client records.
  • FOLLOWING ALL PROTOCOLS AND GUIDELINES.

  • Basic computer proficiency (training on our system provided).
