About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational requirements of independent living communities within your portfolio to ensure a quality, customer-focused service.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for all general enquiries, property management and apartment resales to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy
- You will ensure staff supervision is effective and in line with Uniting AgeWell policies, procedures and expectations
- You will ensure complaints and disputes are managed and resolved efficiently and effectively
- You will ensure budgets are maintained within your portfolio
- You will support and drive customer engagement and activation within communities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related environment, preferably in retirement or housing supervision
- Experience and expertise in relating to and managing a diverse range of people with a strong focus on customer service
- Understanding of the financial aspects of apartments and housing
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the hotel environment, retirement village or residential aged care with a commitment to high standards of care for residents
