About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Footwear Supervisor. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and driving your team to achieve exceptional results.
As a Footwear Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to build, lead and drive your team. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Management Team in all areas of the business
- Leading by example to set management expectations across the team and manage performance
- Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Team to apply creative visions within the store
- Assisting customers with product queries while maintaining product knowledge
What We're Looking For
In this role, we are looking for someone who has similar management experience working with Sports Fashion brands. You should have a passion for creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers. Additionally, you should have experience in training, coaching and developing team members, a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs, and excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
