About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable kitchen staff to join our opening team as a key player in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and assist the kitchen team during busy periods.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas including sweeping, mopping and rubbish disposal
  • Assist with food preparation: washing, peeling, chopping and portioning ingredients
  • Prepare simple items such as salads, sandwiches, toast and beverages
  • Weigh, transfer and check incoming supplies and kitchen stock
  • Set up trays for food and beverage service
  • FOLLOW Kitchen safety and hygiene protocols at all times

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
  • Available to work weekends (preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a flexible multi-skilled team is an advantage
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
