About the Role

As a key member of our team at Savers Australia, you will be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story to ensure they receive excellent service
  • Sorting donations to ensure they are ready for sale
  • Pricing, grading and hanging product to meet daily production targets
  • Working with your team to ensure you all meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a mix of the following skills:

  • Availability for part-time hours - Monday to Friday between 9:30am - 2:30pm
  • A team player - you love working in a team and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment - you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • Celebrate uniqueness - we are made up of people from many different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives
  • Impact driven - you want to make an impact on your team and your community
  • Customer focused - we make service count, so you will need to be passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
