As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case management—you will help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.

Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments, and guiding them through life-changing career transitions is just the beginning.

Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.

You will identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized plans for return to work
  • Build strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and employers to facilitate successful outcomes
  • Design and implement effective RTW plans that promote client recovery and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
