Heavy Vehicle Technicians Wanted

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Heavy Vehicle Technicians. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a range of commercial vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent, along with proven experience working in a commercial environment on trucks and/or buses. Some exposure to light auto-electrical work is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Steering and Suspension Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues related to steering and suspension systems on commercial vehicles.
  • Electrical Fault Diagnosis and Repairs: Identify and rectify electrical faults on various commercial vehicle systems.
  • Braking Systems Diagnosis and Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair problems with braking systems on heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Preventative Maintenance Services and Repairs: Conduct regular checks and perform necessary repairs to ensure the optimal performance of commercial vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology: A qualification in heavy commercial vehicle mechanical technology or an equivalent trade certificate.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a commercial environment on trucks and/or buses.
  • AUTO-ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with light auto-electrical work is highly desirable.
