About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Officer to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team at BlueScope Distribution Pty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximising customer experience by managing inventory and influencing product flow through your interactions with scheduling, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to achieve best customer delivery outcomes while maximising BlueScope financial outcomes
• Assist in prioritising customer orders and manage customer-owned inventory on-site
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
• Plan and coordinate the flow of product through the various stages of the finishing process
• Identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes to strengthen capability for internal teams and customers

• Superior attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
• Ability to work with ambiguity and constant change in a fast-paced environment
• Computer competency with the ability to learn new systems and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel)
