Join Our Team as a Creative Communications Specialist

Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage diverse audiences is a key aspect of this role.

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to engage diverse audiences;
  • Creating high-quality written and visual content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute marketing and communications campaigns;
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement;

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Creating engaging content through creative copywriting and the production of videos and photography, and publishing it across multiple platforms;
  • Planning and executing communication journeys for various stakeholders, writing and distributing eDMs and social media posts for varying audiences;
  • Supporting the execution of fundraising and engagement campaigns;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field; or equivalent level of expertise and experience;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a communications position;
  • Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check;
  • All mandated doses of COVID-19 vaccinations;
