Master Baker

We're seeking a highly skilled Master Baker to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our bakery operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality baked goods to our customers.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

As a Master Baker, you'll be responsible for:

• Baking and preparing high-quality bread and pastry products
• Ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A recognised Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced baking environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-first mentality and passion for delivering exceptional service
