About the Role:

We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced individual to fill this part-time retail supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Specialised Fittings: Conduct expert shoe fittings, leveraging product knowledge to ensure optimal comfort and performance for dancers and performers.

  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for trade and secured at end of day.

  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Team Support: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
