Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mine Controller to join our Integrated Operations Centre Autonomous Haulage (AH) Front Runner (FR) Mine Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving production targets by enabling the effective operation of our Front Runner Autonomous fleet management system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the fleet effectively and efficiently to maximize compliance to operational plans.
- Promote positive relationships through effective communication and consultation with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system.
- Work collaboratively with the AH Control Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient execution of daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize truck fleet utilization and reduce costs.
- Previous Mine Control experience as a Mine Controller or Dispatch Operator.
- Prior experience with Modular DispatchTM or FrontrunnerTM systems is highly regarded.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, coaching, and influencing skills.
- A high level of computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills.
