Canine Groomer Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Canine Groomer to fulfill a dynamic role at our esteemed dog daycare establishment.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a professional Canine Groomer, relevant qualifications or certification in Canine Grooming, and the ability to groom various breeds and handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments.

  • Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, and ear cleaning according to breed standards and customer preferences.
  • Assess the grooming needs of each dog and provide suitable styling and coat care recommendations.
  • Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments during the grooming process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

The selected candidate will be required to work independently, guaranteeing high-quality grooming outcomes, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a professional Canine Groomer.
  • Relevant qualifications or certification in Canine Grooming.
  • Demonstrated ability to groom various breeds and handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments.
  • Strong knowledge of breed-specific grooming standards and techniques.

Favourable Working Conditions:

  • No weekend or public holidays required.
  • 30-35 hours per week.
