Lead Front-of-House Expert

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to spearhead our restaurant's front-of-house operations. As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create effective rosters that balance business needs with team requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive exceptional customer service and engagement
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring policies and health standards are upheld, and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to maintain seamless service delivery

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • A deep understanding of roster management, budgets, and labour targets
  • The ability to problem-solve under pressure, remaining calm and composed in demanding situations
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service, team development, and continuous improvement
