About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team.

As a Farm Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our 24 farms across the Griffith region in New South Wales or other farming regions.

  • Manage staff to enhance farm performance and cost effectiveness;
  • Resolve staff conflict and disagreements;
  • Liaise with producer company representatives to maintain positive working relationships;
  • Apply different shed management techniques to find optimal bird growing requirements;
  • Maintain a high level of farm presentation at all times;
  • Ensure bio-security, health and safety, environmental and animal welfare procedures are adhered to at all times.

You will need to have at least two years' experience in managing the operations of a broiler and/or breeder farm. You must be a strong leader with experience managing staff and dedicated to ensuring quality in the operations you manage.

As a Poultry Farm Supervisor, you will collaborate with and provide support to the farm manager through assisting with all their duties and responsibilities.

  • Knowledge of bio-security and health and safety protocols;
  • Experience with shed management techniques;
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
