Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance store appearance
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
