About the Opportunity

This role is a critical component of our team, contributing to regional growth in APAC and aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced, and effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.

The Implementation & Activation Associate Director plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results across a team of implementation planning and activation specialists. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing media plans and activations with precision and accuracy
  • Providing expert advice to clients on media channels and best-in-class approaches
  • Rolling out clients' communications plans into media with seamless execution
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and dedication
  • Leading a team of two and upskilling team members in biddable media channels
