About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and experienced chef to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that showcase the best of regional NSW's produce and cuisine.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for contributing to delivering operational excellence, working collaboratively with other staff to deliver quality food and service, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals according to set requirements and regulations.
- Work effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality food and service in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- At least 3 years of commercial cooking experience at Commis, Demi or Chef de Partie level.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Relocation opportunities to other venues within our company.
- Travel and work at different locations within New South Wales.
