About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Writing Specialist to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping the social media and communications strategy, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop engaging copy for websites, social media, and internal communications
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital content for social media and project promotions
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders on content opportunities to expand reach
  • Monitor media trends and competitors to inform strategies and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate on-site photo and video shoots, managing budgets and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Plan and manage content calendars for internal and industry events
  • Handle ad hoc communications, content, PR, and administrative duties as needed

Requirements



  • Expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram content creation
  • Proficiency in video editing for social media platforms
  • Strong writing skills with a background in content creation or copywriting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for construction, design, and property
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Autonomous and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
