Health and Wellbeing Specialist

This is a challenging role that focuses on creating a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment where employees can thrive. The emphasis is on mental health, psychosocial safety, and overall wellbeing in a corporate and contact centre setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Wellbeing Champion: Develop and implement initiatives that support employee mental health, resilience, and psychosocial safety, ensuring employees feel supported in their work challenges.
- Compliance Coordinator: Coordinate audits, compliance requirements, and annual policy reviews while supporting ongoing requirements to ISO 45001 standards.
- Program Manager: Oversee committees, inspections, training, and registers, ensuring key workplace health and safety processes are delivered on time.
- Global Development Lead: Develop and expand the workplace health and safety function across geographies, helping establish frameworks that balance compliance with a strong focus on wellbeing.
- WHS Expertise: A solid understanding of workplace health and safety, with a strong interest in psychosocial safety and wellbeing. A minimum requirement of a Diploma in the relevant field, and ISO Auditor certification would be an advantage.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that build trust and influence across the business.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to coordinate programs, manage competing priorities, and keep workplace health and safety activities on track.
- Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
