Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to order
  • Maintain strict hygiene and health and safety standards at all times
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current food trends to make informed recommendations to customers
Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike
  • Possession of HACCP knowledge and certification
  • Ability to cook from scratch and remain passionate about current food trends
