AWS Incident Response Support Engineer, AWS Cloud Security

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our TechOps team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in reducing the duration, frequency, and impact of issues within the AWS infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the resolution of large-scale customer impacting issues, working closely with cross-functional teams across the globe.
You will also have the opportunity to identify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues, owning projects to drive improvements and enhance our automated tooling. Additionally, you will participate in Agile sprints to evolve business processes and technologies, creating and reviewing documentation, and mentoring peers in your areas of technical and operational strength.
Requirements- 3+ years of technical support experience, with a strong background in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
