Night Shift Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team on a Part-time basis, working Night Shift at our aged care facility.
This role offers the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities to residents who require support;
- Contribute to the development and review of resident care plans; accurately record observations and report any changes to resident health to the Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse;
- Maintain the dignity and privacy of all residents, ensuring confidential interactions at all times;
- Support the creation of a safe, comfortable, and secure environment for residents;
- Complete tasks as delegated by Registered/Enrolled Nurse, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
- Willingsness to work nights across a 7-day week;
- Aged Care experience is highly valued;
- Current National Police check or ability to obtain;
- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or public health directions, team members are required to be vaccinated for Covid-19.
