We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Researcher to join our team at the University of New South Wales. As a key member of our Department of Pharmacology, you will be responsible for conducting research and teaching in the field of pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in pharmacology, with a focus on emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, pharmacogenomics, and personalized medicine.
- Teach and develop curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate students in pharmacology.
- Supervise and mentor students in research projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to build effective relationships and advance research excellence.
- Develop and implement research leadership and management skills.
- PhD in a related discipline (e.g. pharmacology), and/or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated track record in research with outcomes of high quality and high impact.
- High level communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate across disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
