Digital Transformation Project Lead - CX Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst with a strong CX focus to join our high-impact digital transformation project for a Fixed-Term, 6 Month Contract.

This premium travel and hospitality booking site requires deep understanding of complex booking flows, secure payment integrations, and personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document customer and business requirements for the booking site.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and stakeholder teams to shape user journeys and functional specifications.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and CX artefacts, such as journey maps and wireframes.
  • Drive workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on vision and delivery priorities.
  • Ensure alignment with legal, privacy, payment, and security standards across customer touchpoints.

About the Role:

  • Experience as a BA on luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online booking systems, payment gateways, loyalty features, and personalization.
  • Proven ability to balance CX thinking with technical feasibility and commercial objectives.
  • Agile delivery experience and fluency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders.
