Position Overview:

Atturra Limited is seeking a full-time Senior Agile Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent ICT applications projects. This role is integral to our Cloud Business Solutions and Project Delivery Team, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the definition and refinement of project scope in alignment with approved project briefs and budgets.
  • Negotiate and manage access to ICT resources across a matrixed organization.
  • Prepare essential project management documentation, including ICT Delivery Plans, Project Change Requests, status reports, financial forecasts, and risk registers.
  • Lead the review and approval process for technical documentation, such as user and functional specifications.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing risks, issues, and conflicts between ICT teams and business units.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Agile Project Management within IT Project Delivery and Consulting, particularly in Defence or Federal Government projects.
  • An active NV1 Security Clearance is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change effectively.
  • Strong independent work ethic, as well as the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • High enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
