The Data Engineering Capability Lead is responsible for developing a vision and roadmap that accelerates Personalisation's transition to the future state architecture in Plus. This involves setting a long-term strategy for data capabilities that fortify personalisation, ensuring the roadmap aligns with overall business objectives and achieves our end-state ambitions for Martech at ANZ.

You will lead a team of data engineers to design and optimise data pipelines, drive migrations, and select the right tools and solutions to meet personalisation objectives. Your technical expertise will also help in implementing real-time analytics systems that enable immediate adjustments to enhance user experiences.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as extensive technical expertise in data engineering. You'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand personalisation needs and translate them into technical requirements.
