Experienced Mobile Assets Technician Wanted

- Manage and maintain computer room air conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection systems, mechanical & electrical systems, and building management systems.
- Oversee the performance of service contracts and manage vendors.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve problems effectively.
- A trade certificate in Electrical, Plumbing, or similar field, or extensive on-site knowledge of building management and assets.
- Tertiary qualification in property, facilities management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar facilities or property management role.
- Sound technical understanding of building systems and assets.
