Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Cummins Multi-Purpose Site. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing general facility maintenance associated with the interior and/or exterior of the health unit.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including rubbish collection, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical and grounds maintenance.
- Exercise initiative and judgment in the day-to-day execution of the position.
- Utilize computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel to manage tasks and maintain records.

Requirements- Proven experience in building and ground maintenance.
