Patent Examiner Role

We are seeking a skilled Patent Examiner to join our team at IP Australia. As a Patent Examiner, you will play a critical role in the administration of patents, trade marks, designs, and plant breeder's rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine patent applications to determine their patentability
  • Conduct searches of existing patents and other relevant information
