Role Overview:
As the Team Leader for Community Support Services, you will take charge of guiding the Community Support Services team, managing daily operations, and playing a key role in the planning and execution of initiatives that address the evolving needs of our community and ongoing reforms. Your capacity to engage with a diverse array of agencies, groups, and individuals will be essential in delivering high-quality care through a person-centred approach.
Your proactive and professional demeanor, coupled with a commitment to excellence in care for older individuals and those with disabilities from various backgrounds, will be vital to your success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising, training, and supporting staff.
- Capability to lead, implement, and adapt to changes within a team environment.
- In-depth understanding of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
