About the Role:

  • Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead teams with authority and competence, including facilitation of team motivation and cohesion.
  • Exercise professional delegations as outlined in relevant policy and guidelines, including occupational medical fitness determinations and funding approvals.
  • Establish and review governance standards and procedures for operational services.

  • To exercise medical leadership and expertise to fully actualize the operational aspects of the organization's mission.
  • To lead staff with authority and competence including facilitation of team motivation, cohesion, shaping workplace culture, and achieving outcomes.
