We have a passionate team of over 2000 members based at our offices in Melbourne CBD. We offer flexible work arrangements with three days in the office and two days working from home.

This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career and join a well-established Category Management team. The role provides support specifically within our Gifts & Souvenirs category.

You will provide critical administrative support, building your career while demonstrating keen commercial acumen, superior customer service, and immaculate presentation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing category SKUs and vendors in ERP systems
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns
  • Generating monthly and ad-hoc reports for categories
  • Supporting assortment reviews and file maintenance
  • Performing administrative tasks as directed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or retail environment
  • Knowledge of category trends, products, and key brands/retailers
  • Experience with POS and ERP software will be highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills including intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment

We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. We are centrally located near Parliament station.
