About the Job

Collar Group, a leading partner in the occupational health sector, is seeking a skilled and organized Bookings Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in creating regional medical bookings for clients across Australia.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus superannuation. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Bookings Administrator will be to assist with creating regional medical bookings for clients. This will involve working closely with clients and workers to understand their needs and requirements, as well as utilizing your computer literacy skills to manage bookings and maintain accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess strong experience working within a busy office environment, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Suites, and Genie software is highly desirable. Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is also a requirement.
