Warehouse Operator Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team.

  • As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, receiving stock, order picking, and putaway using stock pickers.
  • You will also be required to use RF scanning equipment – Scanners and iPads.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and completing inspections / quality control of product is also a key responsibility.
  • You will need to perform minor furniture repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving bulk loads of freight.
  • Unloading trucks, trailers & containers.
  • Stock selection & putaways using order pickers.
  • Use of RF scanning equipment – Scanners and iPads.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Completing inspections / quality control of product.
  • Performing minor furniture repairs.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident and engaging communication skills.
  • Great attitude and want to succeed.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Must hold a current Victorian LO licence.
