Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance in software development, working closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in software development, preferably in a web engineering context.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web development technologies, such as TypeScript, React, and Flutter.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
