We provide millions of patient consultations annually.
As part of our team, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in our urgent care service.
- You will assist registered nurses in providing patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- You will perform a range of care activities, including administering vaccinations and wound care.
- You will conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by registered nurses.
- You will support the management of work-related injuries and phlebotomy services.
- Greet and assist patients.
- Monitor appointment bookings and update registration details.
- Provide guidance on inclusion and exclusion criteria over the phone.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked clinical area.
- Complete administrative tasks such as coding and scanning documentation into patient files.
- You hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- You have experience in primary care settings, particularly chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion.
- You possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
