Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team of passionate professionals. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality educational programs, fostering a nurturing environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and tailored educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with ACECQA standards and Green Leaves' educational philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, health, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote social-emotional growth, creativity, and physical development.
Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively working towards it.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
