Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide a personalized, welcoming and professional uniform service to families and communities of partner schools.

This is a casual position requiring availability during peak back-to-school periods (approximately 12 – 18 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for clients.
  • Operate computerized retail Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
  • Contribute to a smooth in-store experience during peak periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is essential.
  • An Employee Working with Children check is mandatory.
  • RRHAN certification is also required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents and students.
  • Proficiency with computerized retail POS systems is a must.
  • Availability during peak back-to-school periods is crucial.
