**Drill Fitter Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drill Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled drill servicing, unscheduled repairs, and prioritizing workloads or unscheduled repairs when required.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong trade background in mechanical maintenance, with a high level of diagnostic skills and field service fault finding. They will also have excellent physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled drill servicing and unscheduled repairs
  • Prioritize workloads or unscheduled repairs when required
  • Supervise and/or coach the activities of trainee fitters
  • Maintain and service light vehicles, support trucks, and trailers
  • Fulfill all safety requirements and maintenance reporting needs

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade certificate (mechanical)
  • Hand tools
  • Driver license (HR advantageous)
  • High level of diagnostic skills and field service fault finding
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor

Desirable Skills:

  • Drill maintenance ability
  • Previous drill experience, but not mandatory
  • Previous mining experience, but not mandatory
  • Refrigerant handling license
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Working at heights
  • EWP
