**Job Description:**

As a Sales and Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless shopping experience to each visitor of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Support stock deliveries and inventory control processes

About You:

  • You are a motivated and friendly individual with a can-do attitude
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
  • You must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
