We are seeking an experienced electrical trade specialist to join our team at our manufacturing site in Leongatha. As a licensed electrician, you will have the experience and knowledge of electrical trades ideally within the food / dairy industry.

About the Role
  • Evaluate and ensure the completion of planned and preventative maintenance on all electrical activities.
  • Evaluate plant and equipment servicing, repairs and paperwork for compliance.
  • Contribute to safe installation and commissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a grade electrical trade qualification or equivalent who has experience working with industrial, automated, and robotic manufacturing equipment.

You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing efficient solutions. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of electrical principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements
  • A grade electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Instrumentation experience highly regarded.
  • High Voltage License (desirable).
  • Experience with SCADA Systems and PLC experience.
  • Fault finding experience and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work shift hours.
