Opportunity Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apprentice Windscreen Fitters.

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the auto glass industry through our comprehensive training program.

This includes:

  • Participating in a development program for automotive technicians.
  • Learning how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for advanced driver assistance systems.
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Providing timely and professional services.

Key Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering customer service excellence, and a true commitment to ongoing personal development.

Other requirements include:

  • A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn the trade.
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required.
  • A high level of self-awareness and a desire for ongoing personal development.
  • Desire to succeed with an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to achieving results and remains positive under pressure.
  • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
